The goal of my practice is to provide a therapeutic, professional, relaxing massage to help heal your mind, body, and soul.

My style of massaging is a blend of many different modalities including: Swedish, Deep tissue, Stretching, Myofascial release, Trigger point, and Energy work.  Every massage is going to be different for each client. No two massages are the same! 

 

Offering mobile massage makes it even more convenient to book! Enjoy a massage in the comfort of your own home. Just pick the date and time.  Same day appointments are available as well.

Massage Services

Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage involves long deep glides to promote deep relaxation. It also uses active or passive movements of the joints to help increase flexibility. Benefits include increased circulation, decreased stress, pain management, and increased immune system health.

Deep Tissue Massage

With Deep Tissue Massage therapy, patients feel relaxed and renewed after each session. We're trained in holistic therapy techniques, so your session will be tailored to work on your specific goals and needs. You will love the difference you feel after just a few treatments. 

Couples Massage

Enjoy a massage side-by-side with two therapists that work at the same time or back to back massages with one therapist!  Swedish or Deep Tissue massage are available.  Private parties are also available with added specials such as sheet face masks and aromatherapy! 

Pre-Natal Massage

Pre-natal massage focuses on any mother who is out of her first trimester. Pre-natal massage is incredibly beneficial not only for the physical body by increasing circulation and decreasing muscle pain, but also relaxing the nervous system.
